With more than 20 years of property management experience and a focus on office buildings since 2008, I have developed a professional profile that combines administrative and accounting management with technical training in engineering and building.
Throughout my career I have managed office, residential and mixed-use properties. This experience has given me a practical understanding of their organisational, financial and technical requirements and how to address them in a coordinated manner.
My training in industrial engineering, with a focus on operations and management, building systems, electrical installations and energy enables me to assess quotations, plan maintenance, analyse consumption and supervise works using technical, financial and organisational criteria.
